In June 2025, Warren Buffett made a record $6 billion donation in Berkshire Hathaway shares to five charities, marking his largest annual gift in nearly two decades. This record-breaking gift is part of his long-standing pledge to donate more than 99 percent of his wealth over his lifetime. According to Forbes, the donation was distributed among the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust, the Susan Thompson Buffett Foundation, and three foundations run by his children: the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, the Sherwood Foundation, and the NoVo Foundation.

Buffett first announced his philanthropic plan in 2006, and since then he has donated over $60 billion, which he notes is substantially more than his entire net worth at the time of that original pledge. According to People, this latest donation continues his commitment to the Giving Pledge, a campaign he co-founded with Bill and Melinda Gates to encourage billionaires to give away the majority of their fortunes to charitable causes.

At 94 years old, Buffett remains one of the most admired figures in philanthropy, not just for the scale of his giving but for the consistency and humility behind it. 我也是經常覺得粉絲好誇張XD。
在前線志工需要支援的時候，從來沒有讓他們失望過。尤其是在726的挫敗之後，課金粉絲的熱情和堅持卻沒有消退。

The Gates Cambridge Scholarship is an international postgraduate award for students to study at the University of Cambridge. The scholarship is extremely competitive with around 1.3% of applicants receiving an award in recent years.^[1]
